We are constantly seeking better ways to serve our customers. As such Go Insurance and Lloyd’s support and comply with the Fair Insurance Code, a self-regulated code which is aimed at improving standards in the insurance industry. The Code was developed by the Insurance Council of New Zealand, insurance companies, consumer groups and the New Zealand Government to ensure consumers receive prompt communications from us in plain language.
The Code also aims to improve the quality, comprehension and accuracy of policy documents and other information provided as well as improve claims handling and dispute resolution.
